Who can participate in CIAC 2026? +
Students from Class 6 to Class 12 across CBSE, ICSE, Tamil Nadu State Board, and Matriculation schools in Chennai.
What is the registration deadline? +
The registration deadline is 30th June 2026. Late registrations will not be accepted.
When and where is the exam? +
Zones 1–8 write on 25th July 2026 and Zones 9–15 write on 26th July 2026. Venues are within your zone across Chennai.
What are the prizes? +
Zone winners and runners receive trophies, medals, and certificates. Grand Finale city-level prizes are ₹1,00,000 (1st), ₹50,000 (2nd), and ₹20,000 (3rd) per class.
Are there separate papers for different boards? +
Yes. There are two tracks — Track A for CBSE/ICSE students and Track B for State Board/Matriculation students — ensuring fair, curriculum-aligned questions for everyone.
What is the exam format? +
50 MCQ questions in 45 minutes covering Maths (10), Science (10), English (10), Logical & Reasoning (10), and GK & Current Affairs (10).
