Who We Are
The Tamil Nadu Inter-School Academic Championship (“TNIAC”, “TNIAC 2026”) is a statewide academic competition for students in Classes 3 to 12, conducted by TestSeriesPro, a brand of Flexitaskcraft Pvt Ltd. We build structured, curriculum-aligned assessments that let students demonstrate genuine academic ability — beyond rote learning — and let schools showcase the strength of their teaching.
TNIAC is an independent, privately organised competition. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or conducted under licence from CBSE, ICSE/CISCE, NCERT, Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), the Tamil Nadu State Board, the Directorate of Matriculation Schools, or any Central or State Government education authority. Our question papers are written to align with the syllabus each board follows, so that every student is tested on material they have actually studied — that is a design choice for fairness, not a claim of board endorsement. Full detail on this is in our Terms & Conditions.
Why TNIAC Exists
Most school-level competitions test one subject, or use question papers that quietly favour one board’s syllabus over another’s. TNIAC was built to fix both problems: a single exam that spans five dimensions of learning — Mathematics, Science, English, Logical & Reasoning, and General Knowledge & Current Affairs — with Maths and Science papers written separately for each board track, so that CBSE students are ranked against CBSE students, State Board students against State Board students, and so on. No student is disadvantaged by their school’s board affiliation.
How the Championship Works
TNIAC runs as a three-stage format.
Stage 1 — School Qualifier
A 45-minute, 50-question offline written exam (10 questions each in Mathematics, Science, English, Logical & Reasoning, and General Knowledge & Current Affairs), held at the student’s own school, on a slot the school chooses between 1 September and 31 December 2026. There is no travel and no disruption to the school’s calendar. TestSeriesPro delivers the question papers, OMR sheets and invigilation guidance ahead of the school’s chosen slot, and carries out the evaluation. Schools should book at least two weeks in advance so that materials arrive in time.
Stage 2 — District & Regional Finals
School Qualifier toppers compete at a venue in their own district during February 2027 — in every one of Tamil Nadu’s 38 districts. District Champions are then crowned for every class and every track, with cash prizes of ₹20,000, ₹10,000 and ₹5,000 for the top three — each district winner also receives a trophy, a medal and a certificate.
Stage 3 — State Grand Finale
District Champions from across Tamil Nadu compete for the top statewide ranks in each class and track, hosted in Chennai in the first week of March 2027.
Slot bookings, hall tickets and results are managed through our online school and student portals, and rankings are published transparently on our Leaderboard.
Prizes and Recognition
TNIAC 2026 carries a combined prize pool of over ₹2.83 crore in cash — ₹7 lakh in every district and ₹17 lakh at the State Grand Finale, 2,340 cash prizes in all. At Stage 1, the topper of every class in every participating school wins a gold medal and the runner-up a silver medal, and every participant receives a printed certificate and a free 1-year All-in-One exam pass from TestSeriesPro worth ₹599. Alongside student prizes, we recognise schools directly through statewide school awards — including Best School in Tamil Nadu (per board), Best Supporting Principal, and Highest Participation (the top school in every district, plus one statewide) — because a student’s performance reflects the school and teachers behind them.
Fees, Refunds, and Data
Student registration is ₹199 plus GST — ₹234.82 including GST at 18% — payable per student at the time of registration.
There is no cost to the school or the institution. Question papers, OMR sheets, evaluation, the class-wise and subject-wise performance report, and participation certificates for every student are all provided by TestSeriesPro at no charge to the school. A school may collect from parents and pay for its students in a single batch through the School Portal, or ask parents to register and pay individually.
The exact amount is shown before payment on the registration page and on the payment receipt. Our refund and cancellation terms are published in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We collect only the information needed to run the championship — including data belonging to children, given many of our participants are minors — and explain exactly what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy.
