Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to registrations for the Tamil Nadu Inter-School Academic Championship (“TNIAC”), conducted by TestSeriesPro, a brand of Flexitaskcraft Pvt Ltd (CIN: U74909TN2024PTC169770; GSTIN: 33AAFCF9102Q1ZD), registered office: No 15, 10th Street, Annanagar, Pattabiram, Chennai – 600072.

1. Registration Fee

Where a registration fee applies to a school-led or individual student registration, the exact amount is shown on the registration page before payment is collected, and on the payment confirmation/receipt.

2. Cancellation by Student/Parent

  • A registration may be cancelled and the fee refunded in full if the cancellation request is made in writing to championship@testseriespro.com before the school’s chosen Stage 1 exam date/time slot is finalised in the system.
  • Once a hall ticket has been issued for a specific exam date and slot, the registration fee is non-refundable, except where TNIAC cancels or is unable to conduct the exam (see Section 4).
  • No refund is provided where a student does not appear for the examination for reasons within their control (e.g., missed the exam date, arrived without a valid hall ticket).

3. Cancellation by School

  • A school that registers its students in bulk may cancel individual student registrations before the exam date, subject to the same fee treatment as Section 2.
  • A school withdrawing entirely from TNIAC after registration should notify us in writing as early as possible so that affected students/parents can be informed.

4. Cancellation or Postponement by TNIAC

If TNIAC cancels or postpones an examination or event (in whole or for a specific school/venue) for reasons within our control, affected students will be offered, at TNIAC’s discretion, either a rescheduled exam date or a full refund of the registration fee for that stage.

If an exam is postponed or cancelled due to a force majeure event (see Terms & Conditions) — such as natural disaster, government directive, or public-health emergency — TNIAC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule; a refund is not guaranteed in such circumstances but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. TNIAC is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or the recipient’s bank.

6. Prizes and Disbursement

This policy covers registration fees only. Rules for prize eligibility, verification, and disbursement are set out separately in the Terms & Conditions.
