1. About TNIAC

The Tamil Nadu Inter-School Academic Championship (“TNIAC”, “TNIAC 2026”, “we”, “us”) is an independent, privately organised inter-school academic competition conducted by TestSeriesPro, a brand of Flexitaskcraft Pvt Ltd (“Company”). Flexitaskcraft Pvt Ltd is registered in India (CIN: U74909TN2024PTC169770; GSTIN: 33AAFCF9102Q1ZD), with its registered office at No 15, 10th Street, Annanagar, Pattabiram, Chennai – 600072.

TNIAC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or conducted under licence from CBSE, ICSE/CISCE, NCERT, Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), the Tamil Nadu State Board, the Directorate of Matriculation Schools, or any Central or State Government education authority, unless expressly stated in writing for a specific district, school, or event. References to “CBSE”, “ICSE”, “Cambridge/CAIE”, “State Board” and “Matriculation” on this website describe the academic track a participating student’s school follows, for the purpose of setting curriculum-aligned question papers — they are not claims of affiliation, recognition, or endorsement by those boards.

By registering a school or a student for TNIAC, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to students of Classes 3 to 12, studying at a school following the CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge/CAIE, Tamil Nadu State Board, or Matriculation curriculum.
  • Students must be currently enrolled at a participating school for the academic year in which they register.
  • Registration must be made either through the student’s school (bulk/school-led registration) or directly by a parent/guardian (individual registration), as applicable.

3. Registration and Fees

  • Registration is completed through the official TNIAC website (championship.testseriespro.com) or through a participating school.
  • The student registration fee is ₹199 plus GST (₹234.82 including GST at 18%) per student. There is no registration fee or participation charge for the school itself — question papers, OMR sheets, evaluation, performance reports and participation certificates are provided at no charge to the school. The amount payable is displayed at the time of registration before payment is collected, and fees are collected securely through our payment partner.
  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (where a fee applies) and receipt of a confirmation email/hall ticket.
  • TNIAC reserves the right to verify student and school details and to decline or cancel a registration that contains inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information, with a refund of any fee paid as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Examination Process

The TNIAC Stage 1 (School Qualifier) examination is conducted on the participating school’s premises, on a date chosen by the school within the published exam window, using an OMR-based answer sheet. The general process is:

Registration → Hall Ticket → Examination at School/Venue → OMR Scanning → Evaluation → Result → Ranking → Certificates/Medals

Stage 2 (District & Regional Finals) and Stage 3 (State Grand Finale) are conducted at designated venue locations as published on the website, for students who qualify from the prior stage.

5. Examination Rules and Conduct

  • Students must carry a valid hall ticket and, where required, school ID to the examination.
  • Use of unfair means, impersonation, copying, or any form of malpractice will result in disqualification of the student concerned, without refund.
  • TNIAC’s decision on matters of examination conduct, evaluation, and disqualification is final.
  • Any change to a published exam date, time, or venue will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible; TNIAC is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control (see Section 11, Force Majeure).

6. Evaluation, Results, and Revaluation

  • Answer sheets are evaluated using a standardised OMR-based scoring process against a published answer key.
  • Results and rankings are published on the official TNIAC channels (website/school portal) within a reasonable time after each stage.
  • A student or school may request revaluation of a result within the window specified at the time results are published, following the published revaluation procedure. Requests made after this window will not be considered.
  • In the event of a tie in ranking, the published tie-breaking criteria (e.g., subject-wise scores, time taken, or other criteria specified before the relevant stage) will apply.

7. Prizes, Certificates, and Awards

  • Prizes, medals, trophies, and certificates are awarded strictly as per the prize structure published on the TNIAC website at the relevant time.
  • Cash prizes are disbursed to the winning student’s (or, for minors, parent/guardian’s) bank account after identity and eligibility verification, subject to applicable tax deduction at source (TDS) where required by law.
  • Certificates state that the student “participated in” or “was awarded [X] in” the Tamil Nadu Inter-School Academic Championship (TNIAC), conducted by TestSeriesPro. Certificates do not state or imply CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge/CAIE, State Board, NCERT, or Government recognition.

8. School Responsibilities

Participating schools agree to:

  • Nominate a coordinator responsible for liaising with TNIAC.
  • Provide accurate student registration details.
  • Facilitate communication of exam schedules, hall tickets, and results to students and parents.
  • Conduct the Stage 1 examination at the school premises in accordance with the published examination protocol and integrity guidelines.
  • Permit TNIAC to list the school’s name (and, with separate written/checkbox permission, its logo) as a participating institution.

9. Parent/Student Responsibilities

Parents/guardians and students agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Ensure the student attends the examination with a valid hall ticket.
  • Comply with examination rules and instructions given by invigilators/TNIAC staff.
  • Understand that participation, results, and prize eligibility are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Data Use, Photography, and Consent

Personal information collected during registration (student and parent/guardian details) is used strictly for conducting and administering TNIAC — registration, hall ticket issuance, examination, evaluation, result publication, certificate/prize issuance, and related communication — as described in our Privacy Policy.

TNIAC or its representatives may photograph or video-record examination venues and award ceremonies for promotional and record purposes. By participating, schools, parents, and students consent to such use unless they notify us in writing in advance that they do not wish to be photographed/recorded.

11. Force Majeure

TNIAC will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance (including postponement or cancellation of an exam, district finals event, or result) caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, public health emergencies, strikes, or similar events. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such change and, where appropriate, reschedule the affected activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNIAC/TestSeriesPro/Flexitaskcraft Pvt Ltd’s liability arising out of a student’s or school’s participation in TNIAC is limited to the registration fee paid for that participation. TNIAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of a given registration governs that registration.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with TNIAC shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
